It is hard to believe but in just one short week we will have been functioning as a church for six months. It is awesome to see what God has done since that first Bible Study in the doctor’s office waiting room the first Saturday night in November.
We have seen God take us from a small group of about 25 to a church that is now averaging 70 in attendance for worship. God has also blessed us with a lot of great things and stuff to help us with our presentation of the Gospel. Our finances are hanging in there and are good.
God has led us to hook up with Rob Rudd, our new Gather (Worship) Pastor. We are so blessed and fortunate to be led in worship each weekend by Rob and the band.
Celebration City and Shuugi Land are incredible. Transformed Student Ministries is growing with new teens every week and our weekly SWAT Team Meetings and Bible Studies are such a blessing.
Our set up and break down in the school is incredible. You all do awesome each and every week. It is such a joy and privilege to be leading this great new ministry. I am so proud of each of you.
I look forward to our official Grand Opening on September 7th. Let’s continue to building the core launch team and reaching people for Christ.
In the midst of all these victories let’s remember, it is about making His name famous not ours!
Week 4 of the Home Repo was awesome. The Living Room is simply the living out of our faith. It is not just talking the talk but walking the walk. Remember, in your times of trials and crisis, your faith will be tested and confirmed and your God will be revealed to the world. I look forward to Week 5 as we look at The Master Bath on May 10th. See you there.
Continue to pray and invite people to be added to the COC TEAM. Have a great week and I’ll see you Saturday, May 3rd at Savannah Elementary School. Set up starts at 2:30 p.m. and Worship begins at 5 p.m.
God bless and we love you all!
